Gaffney Electric Introduces Rapid Response Electrical Service

(Wisconsin Dells,WI)  Gaffney Electric of Wisconsin Dells is introducing a rapid-response residential electrical service, called Electric Medic. Gaffney Electric's owner, Mark Hamm, says the service will combine quality residential electrical service with an added benefit that most homeowners really appreciate  fast service.

Electric Medic will be able to bring customers same-or next-day service, which is pretty uncommon in the electrical field, says Hamm. Most customers are used to hearing that they won't be able to get their problems even looked at for a week or longer so everyone I've talked to is pretty excited about this.

Because the main focus is on residential service and repairs, Hamm wants the process to be comfortable to homeowners. All of our electricians are professionally trained, background checked and drug-tested. It's our way of making sure that we are only hiring the best, you wouldn't want just anyone coming into your home says Hamm.

Hamm says the name Electric Medic stems from his years of volunteering for the Kilbourn Fire Department and the Dells/Delton EMS service, so it seemed like a natural fit for this division of Gaffney Electric. Although Electric Medic's new truck won't take to the streets until mid-December, Hamm says they're ready to and already have serviced customers through Electric Medic. We're already underway and getting a great response from customers. They love this new approach and everyone really appreciates the fast service, Hamm adds. Electric Medic will service residential customers in the Dells, Baraboo, Reedsburg, Portage, Mauston and surrounding areas.
